However, men who attended their wedding were only described as "Malaysian businessmen". A source told Page Six, the man was Low.
So far, the US Department of Justice has named several names of celebrities who received gifts from Low.
A number of stars, including Leonardo DiCaprio, who have submitted paintings by Picasso and Basquiat, as well as Miranda Kerr also handed diamond jewelry.
"But there are many other celebrities, including Swizz Beatz, Pras Michel and Nicole Scherzinger, who receive prizes," Page Six reports.
The report does not mention the possibility that the Justice Department will take Ferrari or other gifts given to other celebrities.
Regarding Ferrari's white car, Kardashian and Humphries fought over a car worth 325,000 US dollars, or Rp4.8 billion, when they divorced a few months later.
Last month, Kardashian was caught on camera in Miami to attend dinner, driving a white Ferrari.
The spokesman and his divorce lawyer were reluctant to confirm whether he still owned the car.
Malaysian police have filed criminal complaints against Low and his father for alleged theft of money from 1MDB company.
Allegations for money laundering were filed against Low and his father Tan Sri Low Hock Peng by the Commercial Crime Investigation Department.
Authorities are still looking for Low's whereabouts, who are believed to be hiding in China.
