Three Unique Mosques in Vietnam

The mosque is now not only used as a center of worship and study. In many countries mosques are now one of the tourist destinations. Vietnam is one country that recognizes many religions. Tourists who come to this country can easily find Buddhists, Christians and Muslims mingling.

Vietnam is a Buddhist majority. Many pagodas and temples are scattered in various places. Likewise with the church as a house of worship for Christians.

There are three mosques that are most frequently visited by tourists, both Muslims who are for worship and other people who really admire the architecture of Islamic houses of worship. The three mosques include Saigon Central Mosque, Cho Lon Mosque and Jamiul Islamaiyah Mosque

Saigon Central Mosque

Saigon Central Mosque is located on street 66 Dong Du Viet, Ho Chi Minh. This mosque is open to the public from 08.00 to 21.00 local time. Maybe, this is one of the oldest and most famous mosques in the city.

Built in 1930 by South Indian Muslims, Saigon Central Mosque has a strong impression on visitors. Seen from the art of architecture, the solemn atmosphere and halal food available outside. Shaded mosque verandas and stone flooring make it convenient for visitors.

Cholon Mosque

Located at 641 Nguyen Trai Street, Ward 11, District 5, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, right in the middle of the Cholon-Chinatown area, this mosque was built in 1932, the Cholon Mosque originally served the Muslim community of South India living in the area .

However, it was finally opened to Malaysian and Indonesian Muslims in Vietnam since 1975. The most striking of this mosque is its architecture which resembles Chinese and Vietnamese pagodas.

Jamiul Islamiyah Mosque

This mosque is located at 495B Jalan Tran Hung Dao, Cau Kho Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This mosque is also known as the Nancy Mosque. Jamiul Islamiyah was originally built in 1950.

Then, it was rebuilt between 1980 and 2003. In 2004, the mosque officially welcomed the Cham ethnic minority and other Muslim followers in 2004. The mosque is open to the public every day.

Specifications Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite and Mi 8 Pro

Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite and Mi 8 Pro, These are Sightings and Specifications

Xiaomi launched the Mi 8 Pro and Mi 8 Lite. In China, Xiaomi named the two phones as Mi 8 Screen Fingerprint and Mi 8 Youth Edition. Of the two, the Mi 8 Pro is a more interesting device considering it is equipped with a fingerprint sensor below the screen.

The Mi 8 Pro has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 as a processor, 6GB of RAM or 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal memory. Xiaomi uses an OLED screen with a resolution of 1080 x 2248 and measures 6.21 inches for the screen of this phone.

Mi 8 Pro

Xiaomi Mi 8 Pro also comes with two rear cameras. Each rear camera has a 12MP resolution. As for the front camera, the Mi 8 Pro has a 20MP resolution camera. In addition to the fingerprint sensor, this phone is equipped with the Face Unlock feature.

As mentioned by The Verge, Mi 8 Pro is similar to the iPhone X. However, this phone has a much cheaper price. For 6GB RAM variants and 128GB memory, Mi 8 Pro is priced starting from CNY3,200. In China, this cellphone is available on the market on September 21st.

Meanwhile, the Mi 8 Lite will be equipped with a 6.26-inch screen, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor, two rear cameras with 12MP and 5MP resolution, a 24MP resolution front camera and a fingerprint sensor on the back of the phone. Mi 8 Lite has a battery of 3,350 mAh with prices starting from CNY1,400.

Mi 8 Pro is not the first smartphone to have a fingerprint sensor embedded on the screen. Chances are, there will be more and more smartphones using this technology, such as Vivo X21.

Given that Apple usually doesn't use new technology directly on its cellphone, it's likely that Samsung's smartphone will first have a fingerprint sensor on the screen than the iPhone.

Revealed! This is the Battery Capacity of iPhone XS, XS Max, and XR

Apple recently launched a trio of the latest phones, the iPhone XS, XS Max, and XR. As if it had become a tradition, Apple did not reveal the battery capacity of these new three Iphones.

Well recently, the battery capacity of the iPhone XS, XS Max, and XR was revealed. This happened after all three received certificates from the Chinese certification agency.

Iphone XS and Iphone XS Max

The Chinese government does require all vendors to disclose all specifications in the products that will be sold in the that country.

Among of all, the iPhone XS Max has the largest battery capacity, which is 3,174 mAh. While the iPhone XS carries a battery capacity of 2,658 mAh. Finally, the iPhone XR uses a 2,942 mAh battery.

There is no far enough difference between Apple's old products and the three iPhones. Previous products, namely the iPhone X is known to have a battery capacity of 2,716 mAh.

The battery capacity that is pinned by Apple is fairly small compared to flagship phones from other vendors. The Xiaomi Mi 8, for example, carries a 3,400 mAh battery and the Oppo Find X uses 3,730 mAh.

But it should be noted, the battery capacity does not significantly affect its durability. This is more influenced by the power management of the hardware in the cellphone.

Small Towns in Greece 'Invaded' by Spiders

The warm weather that hit the small town of Aitoliko in the western region of Greece, gave birth to an astonishing burden when the spider stretched its net up to 300 meters long.

Spider webs cover up to 300 meters of plant area on the beach in the small town of Aitoliko, Greece.

The Tetragnatha spider web covers the 300-meter long plant area on the coastline of the city of Aitoliko.

Small Towns in Greece 'Invaded' by Spiders

Experts say the attraction of the spider is a seasonal phenomenon, when they build large nests during the breeding season.

Increasing mosquito populations are also considered to contribute to an increase in the number of spiders in the region.

Maria Chatzaki, professor of molecular biology and genetics in Democritus University of Thrace, Greece, said high temperatures, adequate humidity and abundant food were ideal conditions for spiders to reproduce in large numbers.

In an interview with, Chtzaki said: "Spiders seem to take advantage of this condition by holding a kind of party. They marry, reproduce and give birth to a new generation."

"This spider is not harmful to humans and will not cause damage to plants covered in nets."

"They will party before they die."

A teenager in California returns a wallet containing US $ 10,000

A Californian male teenager praised his actions in returning a wallet containing the 10,000 dollars he found.

Rhami Zeini, 16, was on her way home from her school in Santa Barbara when she found a black wallet lying in the middle of the road.

He picked up the wallet and was surprised to see there was 10,000 dollars in it.

Rhami Zeini

But instead of saving for himself, Zeini brought the wallet to her parents who then decided to take her to the police station.

Launching from the Daily Mirror, the Sheriff Santa Barbara County Office praised the teenager's actions and uploaded his story to their Facebook page.

"When the world is bombarded with bad news, we are proud to share your good story with you."

"A 16-year-old teenager, Rhami Zeini was on his way home from school when He found a wallet on the street near Turnpike and Cathedral Oaks."

"When he saw the contents he found a large amount of money. He tried to find a contact number to contact the owner of the money but did not find it."

"He took his parents to the sheriff's office and handed him a 10,000-dollar wallet," the police wrote on Facebook.

Santa Barbara Sheriff's Office Public Relations Officer, Kelly Hoover told the local news station that the owner of the money lost him while on the way.

It was believed he had forgotten to put the wallet on the roof of the car and then drove so that the wallet fell in the middle of the road.

The police have managed to find the owner of the wallet and hand over the wallet. As a thank, the owner gave Zeini a 100-dollars.

But social media users actually criticize money owners who are considered too stingy in giving a sign of gratitude.

But for Zeini it wasn't a problem because He felt if He had done the right thing by returning the wallet.

"For me, this is the right thing to do. If I am in the wallet owner's position, I will certainly lose and expect the money to return," he told to KCOY-TV.

Trump Blames Syria about Russian Aircraft Falling in the Mediterranean

Trump Blames Syria about Russian Aircraft Falling in the Mediterranean

US President Donald Trump said Syria was a shooter of Russian military aircraft that crashed in the Mediterranean Sea. Trump's statement contradicts the Russian Government which previously accused Israel of being the source of the incident.

"It sounds to me, and in my opinion, based on the fact review, that Syria shot down Russian planes. And I understand that around 14 people were killed and that was very sad but that was what happened, "Trump said as quoted by Reuters.

Trump added that his party was currently trying to "clean up" Syria from the Islamic State (IS) group.

"We have done extraordinary work in Syria and in the region eradicated ISIS, that's why we are there. And we almost finished the job, "he said.

Regardless of Trump's assumption, the Russian Defense Ministry will steadily retaliate against Israel's actions which are alleged to have carried out hostile actions against his country.

According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, IL-20 military aircraft, in which there were 15 soldiers, crashed because of Syrian anti-fighter aircraft gunfire which was the Red Bear State's ally.

Although actually because of Syria, the Russian Ministry of Defense stated that Israel must take responsibility. This is because at the time of the incident, Israeli fighter jets were carrying out air strikes on Syria.

Therefore, Russian aircraft near the Israeli attack area did not have time to escape. The plane was finally hit by a shot and then fell.

S3 Graduates in India Scramble for Job Vacancies Administrative Position

About one million people applied to fill around 700 jobs as civil servants in the Indian state of Telangana. Of these, the highest number are S3 graduates, the rest are graduates of S2 or S1 in the field of machinery. They apply for positions that only require a high school education level or administrative position.

The data recorded shows that there were 372 PhD graduates with PhD degrees, 539 S3 graduates with M.Phil and more than one thousand S2 graduates. From the incoming application, around two thousand applications were engineering graduates.

"This condition has never happened before and I don't think it has happened in the states of Andhra Pradesh or other regions in southern India. In fact, we need them to fill junior positions," said the Head of the Telangana State Public Service Commission, as quoted from the ndtv website. .com on Tuesday, September 18 2018.

In 2018, there were around 10,000 people sitting in the exam to occupy the position of village administration officials or VROs in Telangana State. At the opening of VRO job openings for the last time or in 2011 there were around 6 thousand applicants from a number of states.

"I am a graduate in electrical engineering. The work outside the government official institution is only 15,000 Rupees. While in the government, we have security guarantees and almost twice the salary I get in the private sector," Prashant said. an applicant, who takes the exam on Sunday, September 16 2018.

He said, even though he and other applicants met the criteria for higher positions than administrative positions, he was also pessimistic that he could get the job because of the intense competition.

"There are S3, S2 and lawyers. For each department there are more than 1100 people competing," said Durga Prasad, an applicant, who is a mechanical engineering graduate.

Durga Prasad and Prashant are graduates who graduate in 2018. They fail to find jobs that match their qualifications and desires. As a result, they worked as food couriers in India.

UN: One Child Died Every Five Seconds

The UN agency which deals with humanitarian assistance for children (Unicef) says one child dies every five seconds. Most of them die due to lack of water, sanitation, nutrition and basic health needs. In 2017, an estimated 6.3 million children died before the age of 15.

Most of these deaths, 5.4 million, occur within the first five years of a child's life. Newborns contribute about half of the deaths.

Unicef

"With simple solutions such as medicines, clean water, electricity and vaccines this number of victims can be significantly reduced," said Laurence Chandy of Unicef. But without immediate action, 56 million children under five, half of them newborns, will die between this year and 2030.

Globally, in 2017, half of the deaths of children under five are in sub-Saharan Africa, where one in 13 children dies before the age of five. According to a report compiled jointly by Unicef, the World Health Organization and the World Bank in high-income countries, child mortality is one of 185 children.

It was found that most children under five died of causes that could be prevented or treated such as complications during birth, pneumonia, diarrhea, neonatal sepsis, and malaria. For children aged five to 14 years, accidents are often the main cause of death. This is mainly from sinking and traffic accidents.

For children, the most difficult time is the first month of life. In 2017, 2.5 million newborns died in the first month. Babies born in sub-Saharan Africa or in South Asia are nine times more likely to die in the first month than those born in high-income countries.

Regardless of the problem, the UN report found that the number of children who die each year throughout the world has decreased. The number of under-five deaths decreased to 5.4 million in 2017 from 12.6 million in 1990. While the number of deaths between the ages of five and 14 dropped to below one million from 1.7 million in the same period.

Sighting to the Armory, Israel Attack Syria

Israel attacked Syria again on Saturday (9/15) last night. One area near the airport in Damascus was the target of this attack.

According to Syrian state media reports a number of Israeli missiles successfully prevented Syrian air defense. "Our air defense system foils Israeli missile aggression," the SANA news agency quoted a military source as saying on Sunday (9/16).

Meanwhile, the leader of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights in the UK said yesterday's missile attack targeted weapons depots in the airport area.

The place is known to have just brought weapons to the Iranian or Lebanese Hezbollah militia. Even so, the Israeli military spokesman has not commented on the foreign report.

A separate statement, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Israel was still working to prevent the enemy, so his country armed itself with sophisticated weapons.

"Our red line is as sharp as before and our determination to target it is stronger than before," Netanyahu said as quoted by Haaretz page on Sunday (9/16).

In early September, Syrian state media reported Israeli jets attacking military targets in the northwest Syrian city of Hama with a target of Iranian positions there.

In the previous month, in August, Syrian chemical weapons development scientist Aziz Asber was killed with his personal driver when the car he was driving exploded in a city near Masyaf, northwest Syria. State media accused the Israeli attack of Aziz's death.

Several strikes near Masyaf have also been linked to Israel in recent years, including on July 22. In May, Israel said it attacked almost all Iranian military infrastructure in Syria.

The attack targeted Israeli-controlled areas in the broad military exchanges that had existed between the two hostile countries.

Earlier Israel admitted to carrying out airstrikes in Syria aimed at reducing the capacity of Iranian troops and allies, including the Lebanese Shiite group which supports Assad in the country's seven-year civil war.

Senior Israeli officials noted that the Israeli military had attacked more than 200 targets and fired 800 missiles and mortars during the past year and a half.

MH370 Tracked in Google Earth, Search search will begin

The search for Malaysia Airlines flight MH370 debris, which is claimed to have been found with the Google Earth map application by British technology detective Ian Wilson, will be carried out in the Cambodian forest, in October.

Reporting from Sputniknews, September 17, 2018, Wilson was convinced of his findings, that the MH370 plane crashed in the western mountainous region of the Cambodian capital, Phnom Penh which had collaborated with a Cambodian helicopter tenant to fly it to the location.

Wilson explained that the Cambodian helicopter company that has the expertise to enter a terrain that is really difficult will work together to find a destination with existing coordinates.

"The company can really take me to that location for US $ 4,000," said Wilson.

The head of the Cambodian helicopter company, said in a state of dense and untouched tropical rainforest, Wilson would have experienced guides to begin his search.

"We will fly it about three miles away (4.8 kilometers) from the specified coordinate points. We can drop or land anywhere, but the risk of getting lost will likely be in the forest and tall trees," quoted from Sputniknews.

Earlier this week, a group of aviation experts had conducted air searches in areas suspected of being in the wreckage, but the experts did not find any signs of the presence of MH370 aircraft.

Private Detective Andre Milne said that the mission carried out was useless, because the fact that the experts did not do it on foot. Because in his past, Milne had investigated the crash site of airplanes and helicopters in tropical forest areas.

Ian Wilson

"Flying over the deep jungle to search for planes that have been on the ground for more than four years is almost useless, because of the dense tropical rain forest vegetation, so it is impossible to see from the air," he said.

Malaysia Airlines flight MH 370 with 239 passengers and crew missing from radar, shortly after taking off from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing on March 8, 2014. So far, only a few debris have been found in the search for MH370 aircraft.

Not Answering the Telephone from the President, Six Sri Lankan Diplomats Repatriated

The Sri Lankan government recalled its ambassador in Austria along with five other embassy staff, after they failed to answer the president's call.

Sri Lanka's Ambassador to Austria, Priyanee Wijesekera was recalled to his country after he did not answer when contacted by President Maithripala Sirisena last week.

"The ambassador did not answer when he was called by President Sirisena for several hours," an official source told AFP on Saturday (9/15/2018).

Sri Lankan President Maithripala Sirisena

However, there are no pressing issues about what the president wants to discuss with the ambassador so that he calls directly and not through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The Ministry also confirmed the news of the summoning of the ambassador and a number of embassy staff, but still gave no reason.

The Sri Lankan embassy in Austria is also accredited with UN agencies in Vienna, as are the embassies of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Czech, Serbia, Slovakia and Slovenia.

Previously reported, President Sirisena was emotional because the beans served for her while riding a plane belonging to a state airline were considered not to be eaten.

The incident was experienced by the president on a flight back from Nepal.

"When my flight back from Kathmandu I was served cashews on Sri Lanka flight. But the beans were not very tasty even a dog would not eat it," he said on Monday (09/09/2018) early last week.

The president's complaint was immediately responded to by the airline which would replace the cashew stock which was served for flights in the business class, as well as replacing the supplier called from Dubai.
