"People who reject climate change, I think it's the stupidest thing that has ever existed," McCartney said. The song titled 'Despite Repeated Warnings' illustrates a criticism of people who reject climate change. They insisted on refusing even though they knew nothing.
McCartney revealed, he was inspired to make a song that spoke on the basis of the refusal. "Sometimes we have a captain who is crazy to take sail, and knows that the sail of the ship will bring to the iceberg," McCartney said. Even though you have been warned, you still don't listen.
The 76-year-old man was pressured to reveal the main subject of songwriting. McCartney then answered the real subject of his song was none other than the president. But he stressed the message from the song could apply to many people. "My point is that it is clearly aimed at Trump, but he is only one of the many," McCartney continued.
This musician previously said Trump's view on climate change was not a solution. Trump says climate change is just a hoax. McCartney said, many people like him would call it crazy. In the song, the greeting can be forgotten and we can do something better.
